Any suggestion on a good warm up for a game for under 12s
Hello Scott,
A good warm up for your players should be focused on what you are looking to achieve in your training session (accurate passing, lots of moving, defending play etc.) The key things are to get your players warm, stretched and focused on the session ahead.
To try and help you find some great warm up ideas I've attached some useful links%3A
Hope this helps,

Hello Scott,
Have a looked at the attached. This is a great "match pace" activity that I've begun using this Spring for my U11's as a pre-match warm-up. The drill emphasis is on getting your players to "link-up" or "combine" using passing combinations such as the giv-n-go, overlap etc. While players are in the "middle" waiting for an an inactive window to play into, they're encouraged to throw feints while dribbling. This is intended to be done at match pace and really gets the heart rate up quickly while incorporating many fundementals of the game...
Cheers and Enjoy,
Andrew
