DESCRIPTION

Grip is same as Forehand, see Forehand Grip video

Grip: lightly pinch the rim of the disc between thumb, and two forefingers.  The other two fingers should then pinch the underside of the rim, similar to the use of chopsticks.

  1. Hold the disc in a vertical plane over your head, then lightly flick the wrist forwards towards your partner and let go.  
  2. Aim to follow through by pointing towards your partner.
      1. If you’re holding the disc in your right hand, then release the disc to the left side of your head.
      2. If you’re holding the disc in your left hand, then release the disc to the right side of your head.
