By getting your players to accurately target specific zones on the court they'll be able to run their opponents ragged - sending them on a merry dance from left to right - keeping them guessing as to where the next shot will be coming from!
To make sure your players are in the zone this frequent rotation session will see your players working in pairs, taking it in turns to be the feeder and the worker. Through a series of progressive drills your players will practice how to spread their shot selection around the court - focusing on process goals rather than outcome goals to ensure they fully take on-board the lessons this session has to offer!
