What's in the Session?
To lay down the fundamentals and get your players using correct techniques this session starts with short sharp passing with good body shape to be able to play into the next line.
The session then progresses to a 4v2 in a possession square. The attacking 3 are looking to score past the 2 defenders - they can start unopposed if needed.
Use this attacking session to get your team working together to capitalise on any counter attacking opportunities and to improve decision making in importance positions on the pitch.
